Of course! We know everyone has their favorite Thai dish so we make it easy for you to select the one you want. Just select the options you want to change. Remember you must replace the dish you remove with a substitute. You cannot reduce the amount of total dishes.

Absolutely! Every dish is labeled with the production date, lot number, and ingredients. The packaging also comes with the nutritional values along with cooking instructions. You can also view this information on the website before you purchase. The documentation is listed on our website

We recommend using a food steamer, gas stove, or electric range when cooking our dishes. You can use the microwave, but if you want it to taste like it was just prepared for you, the microwave is not the best approach to retain that just prepared taste.

It is best to prepare your protein and starch in advance and just add it to the dish. Every dish will take less than 5 minutes from start to finish.

We recommend steamed organic white or brown rice with all of our dishes. The pictures on our website were combined with steamed white rice. You can view the cooking videos to see an unedited video on cooking the meals. No need to have any experience in cooking Thai food.

How long can I keep your dishes in the freezer without them going bad?2015-12-07T11:08:13+00:00

Our factory uses the latest processes in modern freezing technology to preserve the products as if they come straight from the kitchen even though they have been frozen. This means all our finished dishes after cooking are frozen down to -196 centigrade, -320 degrees through a tunnel where we add liquid nitrogen which provides a lightning fast freezing, which in practice can be compared with the product to be preserved.

We recommend eating the dishes within 6 months as they will retain the same freshness as when they were first prepared.

Utilizing a process taking less than 20 minutes from start to finish, we flash freeze our meals down to -196 centigrade (-320 Fahrenheit) using liquid nitrogen. At this temperature it limits the damage to cells, while retaining all of the aromatics, color, texture and taste.
